Dr. Gary Pusillo is a full member of American Academy of Forensic Scientists (AAFS). He has served as an expert witness in Federal and State courts; in the field of animal husbandry, nutrition, and veterinary science.
Dr. Pusillo has a BS degree in Animal Husbandry from Delaware Valley College, and a MS in Animal Production and PhD in Animal Nutrition from Iowa State University. He has been a board certified Professional Animal Scientist since 1986 with extensive experience with all livestock species, domestic cats and dogs, and most larger wild mammals kept in zoological collections. Dr. Pusillo became a board certified animal nutritionist; ACAN; in 1995.
Dr. Pusillo’s equine expertise has been extensively used in 16 Kentucky Derby winners and countless other successes in the professional equine world including 300 forensic cases.
